Fade to Grey

I sometimes catch myself shying away from hats because they can be such a bold statement. However, when I saw this stylish panama hat I couldn’t resist, even if it required me branching out of my comfort zone. With it’s classic silhouette it was the perfect fall accessory to throw on with a chunky sweater tunic. The chain detail really kept the hat from looking one dimensional and I love the words that were engraved on it..Free Spirit, which gives it some personality, which I loved. For jewelry, I really wanted to add something unique and dramatic to pair with my dark minimal look. So I chose my favorite jewelry designer brand, Bora. This NY based brand is my all time favorite go-to jewelry. I love their statement cocktail rings which I donned today. Unfortunately the only way to purchase their goods is to head to their studio in Brooklyn or at the Union Square Market on Christmas Eve. However, I just recently found some of their pieces at Anthropologie, which apparently is a distributor.
